Training consistently is important... keng yang knows now not training for 5 days can be gihly detrimental to one's well being when you go back your'e doing push-ups on the same count as people playing bishi bashi champ. my heads still keeps going down down down...yay daryl's gone mad. run iWill run route 1 round 2 minutes..crazy haha. then start doing circuits. after which my morning breakfast went to my throat and went back down. and that sucks. haha now my right palm is bleeding daryl broke through all the natural barriers and managed to make it bleed hahanow there's a mini flap on my hand cause the dead skin havent fully detach itself XD
