probably my last post before A's unless something hard hits me
sadly it isnt a happy one.
I've come to conclude that my parents arent exactly thinking. They have become obsessed with relative speed. All they can think of is not not getting into university. It's not failing a my A'Levels. A slight difference They just dont want me to retain/poly/take A's again. Which is different from NOT BEING ABLE TO ENTER UNIVERSITY. And hence I've come to the second conclusion is that they are trying to save face.
How dissapointing and worse is confronting about this issue will never yield proper results but rather vague answers like i.e.
Me： 要这样快来做什么 ？ ( So fast for what )
Them：不然你要做什么 ？ ( If not what you want do )
Which is damn retarded cause they're not answering the question. Here the scenario proceeds down two possibilities.
Scenario 1
Stumped by their rebut I lapse into silence. And they proceed to work themselves into a rage and go
Them: 回答我啦, 不然你要做什么 ？ A repeat of their previous question in a much louder voice
Now under stress I conitnue to remain silent
And the rest if the day goes by with them shooting disgusted looks at me whenever the opportunity presents them with it.
Scenario 2
I answer their question
Me：都不用这样快， 可以慢慢来吗。 ( No need so fast what can slowly )
Now stumped by my retort they decide to use their age
Them：你还敢跟我顶嘴 ？ ( You still dare to talk back ? )
Obviously i cant say anymore or risk being slapped so i lapse into silence and
the rest if the day goes by with them shooting disgusted looks at me whenever the opportunity presents them with it.
:( Sad eh ?
